What are the opening times?
Monday – Thursday 10am-8pm by appointment and Friday and Saturday 10-5pm no appointment needed

Can you hire all your dresses?
Not all dresses are available to hire, why not come for an appointment to see our full hire range.

Do you have to book an appointment?
We want to give you the best service, so an appointment is best if you are looking for a bespoke dress or for bridesmaids. Please make an appointment if you wish to call during the week. Friday and Saturdays 10-5pm no appointment is required.

Will I be the only one at the appointment?
At busy times, we double up on appointments, so please ask if you want our shop completely to yourself.

Can you order in any dresses if they’re not in stock?
Yes, 95% of our dresses can be ordered in. We recommend if you see a dress you really want for your event, it’s best to enquire about it at least 3 months before a special event to avoid disappointment in case it needs made which can take a few weeks.

Can you order dresses in any size?
Yes most of them can be got from size UK 0-28

Can you order dresses in other colours?
Yes most of them come in a range of shades and colours, especially our bridesmaid ranges.

How long will a dress take to come in if it’s ordered?
If its in stock, then 2-3 working days

Do I need to pay the full amount or can I pay a deposit?
You are welcome to pay a deposit on any dress orders.

Can you pay a dress off?  
We can accommodate this, just ask in store when you are purchasing

Can a dress be customized?
Yes! We are a talented bunch, just contact us with your requirements.

Will I need the dress taken up or altered?
Depending on the style and height of your shoes, alterations to the length can be made.

Do I get the dress altered in-store if any are needed?
We don’t do alterations, but we have a list of seamstresses at hand.

Do you keep a dress diary?
Yes, we keep a diary for all formal and bridesmaid events.

What fabrics are your dresses?
We have high quality and fully lined Jersey dresses in store and a new fabric which are customers are loving called Mikado, which ha a slight sheen for a gorgeous texture and it hides all lumps and bumps! Result!

Are your sizes accurate?
Yes most of our dresses are standard UK fits, so its easy to get a perfect fit.

Do you have gift cards?
Yes our new website features gift cards from £10+

Do you sell accessories to match?
We have a full range of clutch bags,  earrings, accessories and headpieces to compliment all our outfits.

Do you sell Mother of the Bride/ Groom?
We do alternative Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom.

Why are some dresses not available to buy on the website?
Some are high value goods which ideally need to be collected from us, but if you want one posted, we are happy to arrange this for you.

Regarding bridesmaid and bespoke dresses, am I guaranteed the colour I choose at the time of ordering?  
If your girls are wearing the same dress or dresses in the same fabric and color, it is ideal to have your entire bridal party place their dress orders at the same time to ensure the dye-lot is all the same.

As our bridesmaid dresses are made to order, there may be a difference but it will not be drastic, but there may be a slight shading difference between what’s on the chart and the new material dyed.

What if one of the bridesmaids cant make it to the fittings?
Don’t panic! We deal with this dilemma all the time as some bridesmaids live away. In that instance, we can contact your bridesmaid to get her measurements and work from there, we have NEVER got a size wrong to date!

What dress size should I order?
It is customary for most people to need minor alterations to get a perfect fit. If you are unsure about which size to order, please contact us with your measurements.
